Marina Parking Pass. Automatically billed monthly. Card holders may cancel at anytime. Once your parking card has been programmed and is ready to be picked up, you will receive a notification from Portland Foreside Reception to the email that you provided with this purchase. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cards must be returned to Marina office.
NOTE: Purchasers must be current Fore Points Marina slip owners. We will cross-check names. No refunds for imposters!
Replacement / Lost cards.
Replacement cards are available for a service charge of $30. Upon purchase your existing card will be deactivated and you’ll be issued a replacement which you may pick up at the Fore Points Marina office.
Terms and Conditions
The 2025 Parking Pass entitles the Parker to nights and weekend parking only.
Access Hours:
Monday through Friday: Access is permitted from 3:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Weekends: Unlimited parking hours are allowed, including overnight parking.
Weekend Overnight Parking:
Vehicles parked over the weekend must be removed by 6:00 AM Monday.
The 2025 Unlimited Parking Pass entitles the Parker to 24/7 access.
Towing Enforcement:
Towing will be strictly enforced on any vehicles found in the lot between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Mon-Fri.
The parking space is to be used exclusively for one (1) passenger vehicle.
No boats, trailers, oversized or recreational vehicles are permitted.
Damages to parking gates or equipment will be billed back to the party assigned to the parking card.
All other general parking rules, liability disclaimers, and enforcement policies also apply.
Lock doors & roll up windows.
Do NOT leave valuables (out in plain view) in your vehicle.
Please report suspicious activity immediately or call 911.
Unlimited Marina Parking Pass. Automatically billed monthly. Cardholders may cancel at any time. If you choose to switch parking plans, you must cancel your current plan and sign up for the one you want.
Once your payment and plan confirmation have been received, your account will be activated. Your current card will remain effective. New cards will not be issued unless you no longer have your old card. In that case, please see the link to purchase a replacement card.
Please note that orders must be received during business hours, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12:00pm Friday will not be processed until Monday of the following week. Plan accordingly.
