You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Parking cards must be returned to Portland Foreside, 110 Thames Street, Floor 2, Portland, Maine.

Note: Purchasers must be current Fore Points Marina slip owners. Names will be verified. Refunds will not be issued for ineligible purchases.

Terms and Conditions

Towing Enforcement:

Towing will be strictly enforced on any vehicles found in the lot between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The parking space is to be used exclusively for one (1) passenger vehicle.

No boats, trailers, oversized or recreational vehicles are permitted.

Damages to parking gates or equipment will be billed back to the party assigned to the parking card.

All other general parking rules, liability disclaimers, and enforcement policies also apply.
